With music by Bach, Corelli, Purcell, Marais and Vivaldi you’ll hear contrasting styles of baroque music as played in France, Germany, Italy and England during the 17th and 18th centuries. Two of the pieces in this concert are included with the GCSE music syllabus in mind. To encourage those taking GCSE Music to hear these pieces ‘live’, our Family ticket allows an adult to bring one school age person free of charge.
