A rare opportunity to hear two historically important and spectacular original English Viols from 1675 and 1703 played together live in concert. This is a live performance of music from Newe Vialles' recent CD release, Old Viols. The programme will explore some of the repertoire which the original owners of these instruments might have known and performed! The concert includes original music by Jenkins, Young, Matteis and others, plus our own arrangements of popular melodies of the time.
