Path of Miracles

Path of Miracles
'Path of Miracles' is the world’s most enduring route of the Catholic Santiago de Compostella pilgrimage, and can be traced back to the early 12th Century; today it is visited by tourists and explorers, as well as by confirmed Catholics and the spiritually curious. The movements of Tenebrae’s musical journey are titled with the names of the path’s four main staging posts, from Roncesvalles to Santiago itself. Composer Joby Talbot’s stunning setting of sacred texts is a modern masterpiece, that has been performed across the world since its premiere in 2005.

One of the world’s leading vocal ensembles, award-winning choir Tenebrae has earned international acclaim for its interpretations of choral works and dramatic concert presentations that use varied light and the imaginative orientation of singers to animate sacred spaces.
