Following the success of their 'Venetian Summer' programme in 2022 Leeds Baroque, director Peter Holman and leader Asuka Sumi, return to The Old Woollen in a programme of lively Baroque Concertos for recorder and orchestra.
There will be familiar works by George Frederick Handel with (perhaps less familiar) works by William Babell  and Giuseppe Sammartini . The Orchestra is delighted to be joined by the internationally renowned German recorder virtuoso, Tabea Debus, descibed by Music Web International as "the kind of virtuoso who makes you forget how superb she is technically … "
