About

The very word 'baroque' conjures up sumptuous images in our imagination - splendid architecture, elegant fashion and of course, glorious music. We guarantee only the most finely-polished of gems in our inaugural baroque season at St George's, and it's the perfect introduction for listeners wanted to get more into classical music. Sit back, relax and let our atmospheric acoustics take you on an imaginative journey.

Highlights of our baroque season include internationally-acclaimed countertenor Reginald Mobley bringing the music of Ignatius Sancho to St George's with the Academy of Ancient Music and the Fitzhardinge Consort presenting an all-Handel programme by candlelight.
